I would give them -5 stars if I could. Of course, it doesn't help that the Epson printer is the home position. But this isn't my first rodeo. Install the black cartridge following the normal steps. The printer does not recognize the cartridge. Cartridge removed and reinserted several times. Eventually the printer accepts the cartridge, but the cartridge itself started leaking ink all over the inside of the printer and now the printer won't print anything, even with the remaining CYM cartridges. Do yourself a favor and don't buy them and don't buy an Epson printer.
