Above and beyond customer services

The hardware kit came well packaged so there were no unexpected dents or problems with the item. The bar is very sturdy. What is really noteworthy was that I needed additional hardware, which the company sent for free, and then I lost a few parts and they again sent out a replacement. This type of customer service is so rare these days and much appreciated!
