I gave them to my girls (9 and 4) for Christmas. You opened them up and they were very soft and seemed well made. My 4 year old put them on and after a few minutes the outer shell started to move. Can't quite explain, but the insides came out as she walked, causing the toe to lengthen and she tripped over it. This also happens to a 9-year-old child, but not as conspicuously. Overall this is the biggest complaint, they are very fluffy, warm and very cute. It just doesn't stay where it's supposed to be.
