Well I cook pretty much everything with it! As you can see. I just use a quick spray oil and start cooking. Easy cleaning. I like that I can increase the temperature, unlike non-stick pans. And it has a lid. This really makes it a great product for oven cooking. The size is also very good. I can cook quite a bit. The sturdy ones I need because I cook every day! Update* 7/1/21 I still use this pan almost daily. Just a helpful point to share - I feel almost the same as a regular cast iron skillet. Must be oiled. I do this every time after cleaning. Mine works like a champ!
