Although the remote could not be tested, the transmitter did not work immediately. Everything plugged in, the power button doesn't work. For two days I tried to fix the problem over the internet. After hooking up another thermostat that worked perfectly, I found that the transmitter was defective. Your customer service line is a message asking you to leave your name and number. So who knows if I'll ever hear from them. I have attempted to return it to Revain but the instructions state that the unit must be in salable condition. it's not because it never worked. I do not know what to do. It's scary to think I wasted so much money. An absolute disappointment.
