The features of Petotum are super helpful for our pet sitting needs. Customer service has always been really helpful in answering any questions we may have about it. Nothing I’ve had an issue with so far! This is a great service to use- no hassle needed- they provide the tools needed so that anyone who wants or needs professional pet sitting service can do so easily. They allow us to be able to book out dogs and cats during their vacation time. It helps me with managing both of my family's pets while they are away from home. I like how simple it is to use, you can see all of your pets in one place which makes organizing vet appointments easier than before! The only thing that could be improved would have been if there was more options for payment (I understand this may not work well within Canada but maybe they will add some other methods). It's very user friendly so anyone who uses computers or has access should find no problem using them at any time during their day-to-day life :).
