Awaiting replacement

When we finally opened the box we found that the wall cord and instructions were missing. So we are about to return it for exchange. We like the look of the phone, the feel of the phone, the color of the phone for the price we could afford. So I don't feel like I can answer the above questions any differently than what I answered until we started using the phone, but that's why we decided to swap it.
