Hard Grater for Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
My trusty Mouli Julienne grater finally broke while trying to make a latte. This Norpro grater seemed to be the solution and the price was right. Pros: It's big and durable. The holes are large, the rubbing process is accelerated. Cons: The grater is too big for my average female hand. Figuring out how and where to hold it while grating potatoes is counterintuitive. Worse, I couldn't use it without rubbing my knuckles. This has never happened to my Mouli-Julien. Mouli Juliens are no longer made, although you can find them used. For me a workable solution is with Norpro on standby. I doubt I'll use it often.
