(+) Silicone lip fits snugly against the floor The brush feels hard but removes fine particles into the dust container. I have used it on parquet floors and grouted tiles. The broom can be collected at different heights. I left mine at about the same level as the garbage can. EASY TO STORE - The broom attaches to the tray and the tray folds flat but locks into place during use. (-) The orange handle on the brush doesn't seem too secure. Invert the handle and tap it firmly on the garage/patio/basement floor (not tile or hardwood) a few times to get the axle a few inches into the orange handle. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase and functionality. Good price, good product. I bought this to replace a similar poor quality product I've been using for years that eventually broke beyond repair. I assume that this goes far beyond the expected cost-benefit ratio. orange pin in the clip. The orange handle has a groove, but the handle fits better - you might break the orange clip.
