He's sucking balls of dust out from under my fridge. It came out of the bag in a U-shape and didn't lie down on its own. I submerged the curved part in boiling water for 3 minutes, then held it directly under canned water and straightened it. The supplied adapter V10, V11 is complete garbage. It fell apart as soon as I took it out of my pocket. The gray button just appears. The small spring for fixing the adapter flew off somewhere and got lost. Since I have a V10 vacuum, this thing would be useless to me unless I had a spare adapter I bought earlier. I would recommend just buying the wand and buying a separate adapter.
