I bought these for my 2013 Chevy Captiva and am very happy with how well they fit. I put them in my car right after detailing, hoping to preserve the condition of freshly shampooed carpets. I took the mats off to clean them the other day and found that: A) A perfect fit definitely gives perfect protection. I haven't noticed a smudge on my carpets. b) Carpets are very easy to clean. Weirdly, I washed mine in the bathroom (Pennsylvania winters aren't the best time for hosing off the dirt outside), but did a little rinsing and rubbing with paper towels to get rid of the road salt. and were like new.
