originally ordered large, returned and ordered extra large US, minimal difference in terms of tightness of 2 sizes, I only like slight tightness in tops, have them Bought winter planning clothes so haven't worn them to the gym yet, they seem well made and love the colors. Back to sizing, I went for very large due to my comfort preference, extra large sleeves are a bit longer and the length is below my waist, the density from elbows to wrist is zero, but the chest and shoulders fit so you will find Your size maybe snug or just catchy, i like that the collar is wide, i've had others designed with a smaller opening and i wasn't comfortable at all with the slight pressure it put on the neck that was no problem if i guess i would order the american medium. As I said, the large size fits, but I wanted a little more sleeve length and a longer waist, I'm 160lbs, 5ft 10in.
