I like that it has all of my food intake, exercise routines in one place so there isn't any confusion about what to eat or when to workout. It's easy for me to track everything from carbs/fat grams to calories consumed as well as weight loss progress! The only thing i dislike is how long it takes before you can actually use your account after creating an initial profile (sometimes up to 2 weeks). Also sometimes the app crashes but this seems to happen more often than not with other apps too - which makes tracking difficult at times. If you are looking for something simple yet effective then try out dietmaster pro-it does exactly what its supposed to do! Tracking foods eaten over time and seeing results helps motivate people who have been struggling with their diets.
