They took a simple sprinkler and made it as complex as possible, designed to do 6 different functions. But they also decided we didn't deserve adequate instructions on how to configure their product. Instead of detailed instructions included with the product, they send you to a web site with some inadequate photos, forcing you to guess how to use their product. Their photo instructions define a "normal" garden hose, is one without any end connection, where you install their quick connect fitting. In the USA this is not the "normal"; nothing in their user photos tell you that for real normal use, you must remove the quick connect fitting that comes preinstalled where you need to connect a normal threaded hose. After trial & error due to inadaquate instructions, I finally got it working. But any vendor that causes so much frustration to their customers by failing to provide detailed user instructions with the product, deserves a poor rating, regardless of the product quality.
