I have installed three of these in a large house and the coverage and speed are excellent. Roaming from one access point to another works without any problems. The installation process requires the use of a serial console port, although no console cable is included (however, any Cisco console cable will work). You need a POE switch or POE injector (standard POE injectors are fine) as they don't come with injectors and don't support external power supplies. AirOS software. As expected, I needed a Smart Net contract (about $25/year per AP) to download the newer version. It worked great and I am happy with this purchase. I probably wouldn't recommend them to Aunt Millie or anyone unfamiliar with networking, but once set up I expect them to work for many years without attention.
