I recently bought a '99 Suburban for my son for his first car now that he has his driver's license. The old leaf spring brackets were finished. In some places they were thinner than a pencil. So we went to Revain looking for new ones. In the end we chose these studs because there were 4 of them and they looked good. We didn't add a lift kit or anything like that, but looking for U-bolts found that the longer ones are cheaper to buy than the shorter ones. Since they were more valuable, they went into a cart. They arrived quickly and installation was a breeze! If you're going to do it yourself, watch a few videos beforehand. As soon as we jacked up the truck in the right places, the old ones broke off (they were very rusty) and the new ones stood up straight away. Don't forget to tighten them after driving over them a bit. After all, the excess length is not a problem.
