Ideal for clenching your jaw at night

I recently found out from my dentist that I grind my teeth when I sleep. I wasn't sure where to get them or the quality of a good dental plate so I went with this one on a whim and it was perfect! I used to wake up with a headache from clenching my jaw all night and haven't had any problems since I got them!

I have no negative feelings about it, everything is fine
