Takes all the guesswork out of it. Have used it on four cars. TIP: If possible, the crank thread stopper has a longer bushing hex head than necessary. This part can interfere with the exhaust on some vehicles. 3 of the 4 models I worked on required a lot of prying to get the part in place to bolt it on. If sanded down 1/4 inch or more it should slip for all vehicles. Although a great tool.
