My rating is for use with the new Commander Touch only. That remote doesn't work out of the box on the new Commandor Touch, mistake number one. You must first download the update to your hard drive and then to Command Touch. Also, I don't like the fact that there aren't any nipples or any other feel for any of the buttons (like on the previous commander's console) to use the remote without looking. The remote looks good but I feel like they tried to do too much. This remote also has a limited area (window) for its use. I also found that even after changing the battery (on a new remote) the button responses were uneven, thinking maybe the battery was dead.
