It works well, I put 2 float switches in place of float switch + leak detector, I wanted to be notified if the primary pump fails and water rises above the low water line and warns again if the standby pump fails and the water rises above the high water line. Switch, warnings did not work. Well, after I called tech support, they noticed the issue, were able to reproduce it, and released an update that fixed the issue in a short amount of time. Now SMS alerts are triggered for both float switches, so I'm always aware of the status of both the primary and backup pumps. Very good service and great product! I also like the power alerts and the built in battery backup.
