Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.
I already have a second one, but the only reason I got it was because the first one is always in high demand and there is a line for it in the kitchen. The first one has been in service for thirteen years and has never given any cause for concern. Even my mother, who has always been quite cautious about advancements (she is 82 years old), has now forgotten about the old knives and exclusively uses this one. She only uses this one knife. After using a good number of other vegetable peelers, I've determined that this one is the most effective as well as the most convenient.
