Very disappointed with this phone mount. The design looks ingenious, but is not suitable for everyday use. The dual clamps don't really help to hold the phone in any particular spot you prefer as the weight of the phone pulls the vent to its lowest position as there is no 'stand' or other mechanism to support it . Also, there is no space between the phone and the air vent, so your phone will get warm from the heater while driving in winter unless you only use the bottom vents. A great idea. Bad performance.
