I have never sat on a seat made of such hard, uncomfortable and cheap plastic. The technician mentioned a warranty replacement which can be acceptable if it is a defective unit and not a design flaw of the product. I read that someone warned that the turbo is very stiff so maybe the replacement will have a working pressure change function. If you had the option of an upgraded toilet seat like the regular American toilet seat, that might be fine. For over $200 it doesn't cut it.
