I have to say that I am completely satisfied with this set of silicone ice molds. I took the time to write this review because I wanted to make sure they would last and do! You get two trays for six ice cream scoops and 6 cubes and nothing else in the package. I would like to see a small piece of paper on how to use the round tray as it takes some practice. Once I figured out the two parts, making ice cream balls was easy. For those who don't know, there are two pieces of silicone inside the ice ball tray. The bottom keeps water and the top has small holes at the top of the round part. Check out the photos I uploaded. They can be made like this: fill in the bottom half and put the lid on. This will make hemispheres, which is good too. Once the bottom is frozen, add water through the small hole at the top of the tray. Put it back in the freezer and wait. You will be happy with the results and the silicone is very easy to remove for perfectly frozen ice cream balls. The second compartment is for 6 square ice cubes. The cubes are huge which I love for my drinks. I always use two of these at a time and they last a very long time. I'm still not sure which ones last longer, but it seems to me that cubes last longer than round ones. Anyway, I love using these trays and wish I had them sooner.
