Not suitable for large shirts

Not what I expected. The t-shirt design should be 3 inches below the collar line. This ruler is only 2 inches lower, so the buyer needs to make more adjustments/measurements to get the 3 inch adult t shirts. The ruler is also not optimal for the colored section and I use 2x shirts. The line is not intended for shirts larger than XL.
