Review on 🔪 SixElements Blender Blade Replacement Kit for Oster Osterizer - Includes Rubber Seal Gasket, 4902 Blender Jar Bottom, and 6 Point Fusion Blade 4980 by Brandon Burnham

This product goes very well with my 30 year old Oster digital blender. I bought it mainly as a base to replace my cracked one. The base is slightly smaller in external dimensions than the original, so the tapered fit between the motor base and the mixer base is a little less secure than the original, but works well. The screw at the bottom of the blender bowl has thicker plastic than the original in the screw area and slightly thinner plastic in the flat bottom than the original. Some reviewers don't understand the functionality (i.e. zero) of the ridges on the underside of the base. This is for the rigidity of the original. She doesn't have this version. At the base of the screw is one vertical, tapered outer rib, less than the original. I don't need a blade so I didn't use it. Just remember this is not stainless steel. The blades feel as thick as the original blades. The vertical clearance in the blade assembly is much greater than the original. Doesn't seem like a good idea, but then again, I don't plan on using a blade.
