It fit me, which is great because I'm rather large and I was having trouble finding one that would fit me. But it is both too large in one way and too small in another way. The pads don't cover everything. When I put it on, I noticed plenty of ways I could damage myself even with it on. That's the too small part. The too large part is that some of the pads extended into my legs and inhibited their movement. Since I wanted for skating, feeling I need all the protection I can get at age 69, that was not a good thing.
