The customer support is great! They are always available to help you with any questions or concerns that arise, even if it's just for advice about what your options may be in regards of using their product/service within our organization.* Very easy-to use platform* Great community forums where we can engage other customers who have used this service before us (sometimes I wish there were more active posts from users!).

While they do offer free services such as hosting an event page etc., some people might find them too expensive compared to competitors like Eventbrite & GoToMeeting which also offers similar features at lower costs than theirs - but not all products will suit every need so check out multiple providers prior to signing up since each one has different strengths / weaknesses depending upon how much customization would benefit your team most vs having fewer tools overall when choosing between 2 vendors.- Creating events pages was very straightforward once again thanks largely due to user.
