Certified Refurbished is a joke by the company. Completely false advertising. Extremely disappointed. It started charging right out of the box. It took over an hour for the "Critical battery, please charge" message to stop. When he finally started making music, I noticed that the speaker had completely burned out and was rattling. He also didn't play loud at all. Terrible product and false advertising.
