With the Bare Floor Tool, Bissell Pro Heat can be used 2x on a painted concrete floor.

I have had Bissell Pro Heat 2x for a couple of years. Bought when we lived in a house with carpets and a big puppy. Now we have parquet floors. So I repurposed that bit to use in our American Legion hall to clean the floor in a rented room. By adding the Bare Floor Tool I was able to easily remove the entire painted concrete floor (40 x 40). Not as quick as any of those zamboni-like things that grocery stores use, but it certainly worked. I did 4 water changes and 3 cleaner changes (I used Zep neutral PH cleaner). Highly recommended bare floor tool.
