Works great for a reliable home office connection

As in many homes, wired/Internet access is in the same room. This is usually a shared space (living room or study), which means that if you want to get a signal somewhere else, you'll have to pay for a second dial-up connection in another room, or run ethernet through the walls where you need it . For reference, my main connection is in the common room. open concept with kitchen and my office on the other side of the kitchen wall (same floor). Wi-Fi didn't help, especially with the number of devices I'm happy to use on my own network. Have never tried a power connection. Set it up according to the instructions. One end is connected to the main modem/router via Ethernet and plugged into a wall outlet. The other end plugs into an outlet in my new office. Although it transmits its own WiFi signal and has an Ethernet port, I like using my own router to create my own network, which I have done. I have to say it works just great! In my office, I run my desktop, game console, Smart TV, NAS, and WiFi that connects all my mobile devices. No problem. Just before I wrote this, I did a speed test. I think our plan is 100Mbps. Speed Test: Ping: 10ms Upload: 75Mbps Upload: 132Mbps Obviously results may vary. Just wanted to show that I don't lose much speed through the connection. I think it works very well. Very glad I tried it.
