This is a huge pill dispenser and you'll have to have a wall space to mount it on in order to dispense the pills. It's actually my fault for not realizing this when I ordered it. The idea behind it is really genius however the set up would not be practical if say, its for someone with dementia. It does take a few minutes to figure out how to fill up the unit and use it but once you figure it out, you'll remember. My only real main gripe is that there isn't a clip or holder on the case where the dispensing cup can attach to when you're not using it. It has to reside someplace separate from the case. But you could always hold your hand under the unit and dispense the pills directly into your hands. Overall a d great idea but could use some tweaks to make it an easier set up.
