I sent a note to the buyer, asking for more sticky pads because it just keeps falling off the wall. Also there seems to be a key to open it and I do not have it so I asked for that too. I haven't heard back. If I hear back I will update this post but if there is no solution to being able to open this and it keeps falling off the wall, it is really a waste of money.

This was too complicated! It was hard to figure out how to open it and get started. It's also really big, like a lot bigger than I expected. To refill you need to take it off the wall and to be honest it's just a lot of work.

I loved the ease of using this but for a dementia person, it didn’t work. She kept pressing the lever multiple times & even opened the cover. Couldn’t be locked for security.

This handy little device has changed the way i take medication. I haven't missed a dose since! I also skip using the cup to dispense the medication, and just press the lever with my hand.

It’s a good product. It moves a lot when you push the bar to get your meds which is bothersome. Wish it was sturdier against the wall.

I *love* this thing. It has helped my mornings along immensely and I'm consistently consistent with my meds and vitamins.Protip: put some kind of colored tape or stocker on the last slot. You'll see the color through the small window and won't be surprised when it's empty. It's a design flaw, but hopefully they figure it out.

The product is great and is good quality. However, I followed all the directions to hang this with the 3M sticker and three hours later I connect the dispenser to the holder. Unfortunately approximately 25 mins later the dispenser along with the hold comes crashing down and my $40 dispenser is broken. I didn’t even get the chance to put my medication in it. I didn’t even get a chance to use it! I am very disappointed.

I use it for my mother. It only takes a minute to dispense and give. Yes it's safe, convenient, and worth the money. Can be confusing to use for those who take multiple medications.

This is a huge pill dispenser and you'll have to have a wall space to mount it on in order to dispense the pills. It's actually my fault for not realizing this when I ordered it. The idea behind it is really genius however the set up would not be practical if say, its for someone with dementia.
