Review on PPbean Classic Pocket Camping Compass by Luke Liu

I purchased this compass after reading other people's comments and was pleased to see that many of them gave positive feedback on the quality of the product. However, when it arrived I was dismayed to see that the compass did not close completely and that there were stains on the plastic inside the compass. I went to return it and even though it says my return window is January 31st I can't return it and it says my window is already closed even though it's only December 11th. I received the item on December 1st, so I should be able to return it according to Revain's return policy. There is also a scratch on the back which I was hoping was just something but it doesn't appear to be. The tire above is also twisted and appears deformed. The attached photos show the shortcomings of the compass.
