The ease of use, it's reliability in terms of data consistency across multiple locations/properties (we have 18 hotels using this software), its ability to handle large volumes of guests with minimal impact - we're able to keep our staff numbers down without compromising service or quality levels for customers. I'd say that there is nothing really bad about EBM as such but if you are looking at other similar providers then do your research first! We've been running an automated bookings system since 2006 so finding something new was key. Some aspects of booking were still manual which made managing things time consuming.
