Savior! My child clogged my toilet with a handkerchief. I've tried everything - plunger, snake, auger, liquid flame, and sulfuric acid drain opener - and NONE of them worked. I didn't want to call a plumber but I've been trying to unclog the clog for a week. As a last try, I stumbled across this product and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical based on some reviews. I will say that the comments on terrible instructions are correct. It wasn't difficult, but it took way longer to assemble than it should (which is actually pretty easy once you figure it out). Once I figured it out I unwrapped it and some of the water was gone, 2 more times and the 3rd time it was game over! It was very easy to use. I'm so relaxed Is the product built to last? no But the money was really well spent. This saved me a small fortune from not having to hire a plumber. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the lack of instructions.
