Why a Pig?!?!?: Grills & Outdoor Cooking

Love it and hate it! I've been using it for a week or so now. I love it with bacon. It keeps it flat and allows for quick and even cooking. It goes well with my cast iron skillet (photo). I also use it to make hamburgers and other meals. In fact, I use it a lot more than I thought I would. I never thought I would like it so much. But then I'll be clean. It is impossible. The pig should have been placed on top, not below. (Picture) You can't clean, dry or season properly. I decided to throw it away (or return it if it's still in the return window) and take the one that's flat at the bottom. EDIT: I forgot to mention. Because you can't clean it properly and season it properly, it rusts. The rust then migrates onto your food! By relieving the scraper, you cannot clean the grate.
