Cup is too small and difficult for a disabled person to hold. The cup arrived in a box and the only English on the box was "nursing cup". The rest of the box was written in a foreign language. I immediately contacted Revain and requested a return. The company who sold it said it would take too long to process a refund, they suggested they would refund me 1/2 of the amount I paid, and I could keep the cup. I told him if I had to keep the cup it was going in the garbage. After going back-and-forth with them I agreed to a refund for 1/2 the amount I paid. I do not have the cup because I threw it away. Be prepared if you order this cup and want to return it, you will not get a full refund.
