Review on 🍳 DALSTRONG Oberon Series 12pc Cookware Set - 3-Ply Aluminum Core Cookware with Lids by Matthew Outlaw

Bought this non stick pan half a year ago. It still works well so appears durable with careful use (silicone stencil only and no sudden temperature changes). However, I've just discovered that it's made of aluminum and could potentially harm your health (look for the docs). Of course, the aluminum has a non-stick coating, but what if the coating wears off or accidentally breaks? I contacted the support team to find out if the material underneath the plating is stainless steel or aluminum. At first she seemed to continue to elude a direct answer (just kept saying the coating lasts, blah blah). Then I said let's say it was my fault the coating can still crack right? I just want to know if the coating cracks a little, do I have to discard it directly? Then she just sent me information about her guarantee. I also asked a few other questions. She never seemed to understand my question and after four rounds of emails I still didn't have much useful information.
