We bought these to use on our sofa and ottoman to keep our feet from poking holes in our jute and Moroccan wool rugs. The first thing I noticed was that the plastic is very hard and not flexible at all. After we placed them under the legs of our furniture and then placed them on top of the ottoman, the ottoman immediately slipped off all 4 rugs onto the rug and broke the edge of one of the rugs. I was hoping things would settle down a bit over time. but no luck. Even with just our dog and cat playing on the couch, their paws slip off. After 2 weeks one is completely torn in half and the others are not staying underfoot like they should. waste of money!
