yes, very easy assembly, old shell removed and screwed on and I was done; but definitely they were NOT submersible. Put this on a boat trailer to make my old trailer look fresh and modern again. Unfortunately, after only 3-4 trips to the lake, the truck's dashboard detected a "driver's side brake light warning". Upon closer inspection, water has entered the lens, I've noticed a very small droplet on the underside, but it's not clear from where. I contacted the seller 3 weeks ago for warranty/replacement, money refunded quickly. I will try to replace them. Gave 3 stars for looks and money back guarantee but had to take 2 stars for long term performance.
