Significant latency is good for home audio

I bought this product because it said it has no audio latency. It turns out that the average delay is at least 1-2 seconds, resulting in a completely out of sync sound. Will be returned as soon as possible. Also, the lack of an interface for pairing in transfer mode is extremely aggravating and difficult to use.
