There seems to be some confusion with this product. The most expensive is the one with the screwed perch. Now that it isn't, it's amazing! It easily weighs my birds and works with ease! I got these because I need a big bill to weigh my African Gray and you can switch between different settings and there's a backlight. The only thing really necessary to do this is to screw the perch to the underside of the plate that sits on the base. So you need a screwdriver for this. If you've been looking for the perfect bird weighing product, look no further! It helps me to weigh even the shyest of birds.
