I just had to replace it because it suddenly started leaking just as it was sitting in my driveway. I can't tell if it ripped somehow or if the seal just failed, but it's only been on my car for a few months. Couldn't really see where the leak was coming from because it was wet from spilled power steering oil. I suspect a seal between the pump and the tank, but it wasn't worth disassembling and investigating further. I used it for the main load at my local parts store to get a replacement because I didn't have time to play around and try to see if I could replace it at the dealer. The review is about the quality of the product, not necessarily the service as I chose not to go that route.
