This pouch is for Dewalt batteries + charger. It comes with a case and Velcro dividers for you to organize as you like. It works well. I was able to install 1 charger + 2 2.0ah batteries + 1 5.0ah battery. You can buy spacers to make the battery and charger fit snugly. The body is made of the same material as some headphones. It's good, a little harsh at the top and pretty well made. There are no complaints. In general, deWalt works well for organizing battery accessories.
