So a floor with no defects can be decent if you just need a grinder and don't need a buffer or whatever a bench grinder can do. The main problem is the design, the back of the metal plate that pulls the polishing or grinding wheel has a kind of "stop", which means that the mandrel has no real stopping point, its area is slightly larger than a pavilion and a dug one Channel . That's the problem with everything, the left side has been overtightened and the rear pressure plate has fallen into the channel and can't be removed at all, also once the rear plate has entered the channel you can't put enough pressure on the wheel exercise to rotate it properly. So I went to the right side and found another problem. I was able to take the guard off and put the buff on to see how imperfect this little guy really is because they don't really have a stopping point, they just have this channel thing, they have a good 1/4. " play on the shaft itself so when you finally installed our buff there wasn't enough threads to actually hold the buff. Yes I can take some washers and tighten the gap myself but the left one does Side can still " lose my grip on the wheel, and if you accidentally overtighten it, the same thing will happen on both sides. So bring it back and I'll go with another one. Van does good things most of the time, but this shaft design is so flawed it's actually funny.
