My wife bought me an apple for Christmas. Although I had no intention of buying it, I was interested in trying it. I went ahead and bought an annual subscription to their app even though I already had subscriptions to other apps. The battery appears to have run out upon arrival or the device is not working. I have followed all troubleshooting steps in the supplied manual and on the product website. I emailed tech support and never got a response, so I finally decided to write a review. If you buy, understand that it only works with their app, which in my limited experience doesn't quite live up to some of the other competitors. .
