Software designed especiallyfor call centers

I like that they have different ways to get information from their customers in order for us to be able to understand what is working or not with our program, and how we can improve it! The software needs much more work before being used by clients who are new to using computers/software as well as having employees use this type of system. It would help if there was an overall summary sheet available so all parties involved could see where everything falls within each category (such as compliance).

We were looking at doing some surveys but realized we needed another way to collect responses since one person cannot do them alone. This helped solve those issues!

Pros
  • It has many options
  • Great when you need something specific done.
  • Easy access via mobile app too which helps out tremendously during field visits without needing internet connectivity while providing great customer service support along side your team members' questions about anything related directly back into focus pointe global's database instead going through multiple email chains trying figure things together individually later once everyone returns home after hours..it saves time!! :)
  • Also very user friendly across devices & platforms
