Not compatible with Sylvania LEDs that need to be replaced

Purchased 3 Packs "SYLVANIA General Lighting 73954 Sylvania Dimmable LED Bulb 9W 120V Br30 Medium 11000h Base Efficient 9W 2700 K, soft white, 2 pcs." in March replacing 2 blocks of dimmers in the kitchen Just plug in the first one IT HAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VOLTAGE BEHAVIOR WHEN TIGHTENED COMPARED TO THE (NEARLY) IDENTICAL SYLVANIA LIGHTS IT WAS REPLACED WITH It dims faster than the voltage accepts a dimmer (type LED), so at no dimming level does it even come close to the brightness of the old bulbs.Of course, it goes out completely long before the old bulbs are properly dimmed. This is what happens with each of the two separate bulbs coming out of the new batch. Also note that this is not an "aging" phenomenon as some units have been recently replaced despite being purchased from a previous batch. Inspection of the packaging did not reveal any significant differences in appearance. Both types have the same (correct) manufacturer identification: LED9BR30 /DIM827/10YV The only difference is the small imprint on the base of the lamps, where one has the code ZS1931 and the other ZS1937 has. These are not Sylvania stock numbers, consisting of 5 digits. Each box is labeled on the outside with the 5 digit Sylvania part number 73954, albeit very subtly. Sylvania's online catalog on her website is dated "2017-2018" so no help here. Finally, those considering purchasing this or similar Sylvania branded products should be aware that these new lamps for this application are not compatible with the lamps they sell as replacements, although the buyer does not determine this in advance can. If you buy this or a similar product, try it immediately after delivery and return it if it doesn't work for you. On a related question, the transition from incandescent bulbs has been much more difficult than proponents anticipated at the time. Assumption. This problem was absolutely excluded, for example, when replacing light bulbs. Now, despite careful purchasing and spec checking by an informed and educated buyer, I have a technical issue in my kitchen.
