When these shorts first arrived I wasn't thrilled with them. I have thermal running pants, thermal underwear and a Baleaf running shirt so I thought they were similar. These shorts have plenty of stretch, but instead ride up a little as your foot goes through the crotch. After a few runs in it, I realized how much better it is for those who met in person. I always ran in whatever gym shorts I could find and most were long enough to cover my knees so they got stuck in certain spots in my knees, requiring me to stretch. They are hot right above my knee and have plenty of hip movement to stay in place and feel comfortable and just ride along my quads throughout the stride leaving my knees open and free to move with added resistance . These are my shorts now. They are also very light and dry quickly which is good as I am a very heavy sweater and walk back and forth a lot. Have to order a few more pairs.
